E.M.I.S IN FATA

•Planning in education as in other sphere of national life depends on  the   availability of reliable data on various aspects of education. Indeed, if such information is lacking, a true assessment of the academic will defiantly be handicapped in their work in which programmes and policies can not be framed  on mare assumptions for the purpose Educational Planning and Management Information System (EMIS) is established in FATA.

  • 1st I.T based project started in 2001 in FATA.

  • Eleven EMIS Cells, one in each Agency/FRs office and one at Directorate.
  • With the collaboration of INTEL 20 master trainers were trained and  each master trainer will train 100 teachers in each Agency making
           a total of 1000 teachers to be trained in each Agency.
  
  • Conducting Annual Schools Census.
  • Responsible for provision of Education Statistics to Ministry of Education Islamabad as well as other Agencies.
  
  • Developed and Designed FATA Education Website through FATA EMIS i.e. www.fata.edu.pk .
  • Developed and Designed FATA Education Software as well as Annual School Census Questioner, using for Annual School Census in FATA.
